Disease management programs have traditionally
focused on a single disease state, ignoring the co-morbidities that
may be as much of a health risk as the targeted disease. It is our
goal to serve all of the telemonitoring needs of each patient, giving
disease managers the data they need to address the health needs of
the whole patient. Clinicians order one or more of the monitoring
technologies we offer, and we send the proper equipment to the patient.
Customers pay only for the technologies that are used for each patient.
